A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they
can vote themselves money from the public treasure. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising
the most money from the public treasury, with the result that democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy followed
by a dictatorship. The average of the world’s greatest civilizations has been two hundred years. These nations have
progressed through the following sequence: from bondage to spiritual faith, from spiritual faith to great courage, from courage
to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to
apathy, from apathy to dependency, from dependency back to bondage. --Alexander Tyler, 1778

Senate Bill 109
Assembly Bill 45
Comment on Bills to the Legislature
The divorce industry killed Nevada bill SB 109
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 15th, 2005
To whom it may concern,
The amendments to SB 109, formerly known as the "equal rights bill for parents," has been amended
by the divorce industry, who have a financial incentive to create more litigation between parents. The bill was rewritten
in star-chamber style, closed door meetings, ignoring the wishes of the public and catering to family court judges, who
apparently control our lawmakers.
We believe that this is a blatant violation of separation of powers and further destroys our deteriorating
democracy.
We now refer to SB 109 as the "state as parent bill" as it will give even more power to the family
court system, will create more senseless litigation, and will not empower parents.
We do hereby withdraw any and all support of this rewritten bill unless it is rewritten, with input
from family court reformers to reflect the original intent of the bill.

"Falling through the cracks” happened all too often for it to be taken as accidental or an anomaly.
We
started considering the possibility of what some say, that: This 42-year old “court” system was actually designed
to exploit, divide and destroy families for profit, under a pretense. But we weren’t “radicals.” We were
parents and caring others. But could we who love our children, fail to consider such a possibility? The evidence in support
of this view is hard to ignore.
With the legislature informed, and the public unbelieving, unaware, and apathetic,
it became clear that people who love their children need to know the truth. Money drives this system, not family or children’s
needs. We welcome a system, which is sensitive to familial needs, but this isn’t it.
Injurious acts perpetrated
upon children and families by this system need to be prosecuted as the heinous crimes they truly are. All involved, from legislator,
to lawman, to school principal, need to be held accountable when they fail to protect children from crimes.
From the beginning of time, parents have joined together in an interdependent relationship and protected and
cared for their own children. Religious texts and social sciences agree on the need to respect this sacred relationship, designed
by Nature, yet today, we often allow others to interfere.
Historically, many have exploited the family unit for their own profit, often claiming to protect. We appear
to have such a system.
Parents and others who care need to be empowered to protect and raise their children in accordance with their
values and beliefs without fear of undue interference. Marital partners need to respect each other as once was essential to
survival and still is.
Divorce and "Child Health, Education, and Welfare" are big business, which the "Family Court" administers
over. To many within this system, children are nothing but a commodity. They don’t love them.
Today’s Family Court actually assumes the role of parent in order to direct every aspect of our children’s
upbringing as well as encouraging divorce (by giving incentives). It is power without love over our families, needlessly disrupting
the foundation of our society, thereby threatening its future existence. When the family itself is disrupted, we all suffer.
Those who’ve never personally dealt with the "Family Court" may not realize how it affects them. If you don’t
know, learn. What you don’t know can hurt you.
Our Mission
The CFCR today seeks to: (1) further research and investigate this system and its effect on our children,
families, and society; (2) to raise public awareness and interest; (3) to empower parental love over financial interest of
professionals; (4) to promote good parenting and cooperation between parents who can’t live together for non-criminal
personal reasons; (5) to promote strong, preferably intact families; (6) to eliminate the veil of secrecy behind which crimes
against children are hidden; (7) to offer a suitable substitute to the present divisive system; (8) to ensure that children
and litigants with family problems are treated fairly and with respect which they deserve; (9) to open up to the public the
records which have permitted such crimes and encourage compensation for victims of this system.
We seek to halt the
vast amount of money presently running like water through this system to professionals which in turn directs the outcome of
Family Court cases. We seek that offenses against people are prosecuted criminally, rather than as non-criminal offenses against
property for which the “court” orders treatment at the expense of litigants and taxpayers.
When children
are injured, they need to have the same rights to be protected by the criminal justice system that is theoretically applied
to us all but is presently routinely denied them by this system.

Under the guise of protection comes destruction
Steven J. Siano
Ever since the beginning of human existence, whether you believe in creationist
or evolutionist origins, parents of necessity worked together for the welfare of children. The bond between parent and child
and love of a parent for a child is revealed in the story of Solomon and the two mothers who each claimed the child.
Whether by divine or natural source, parents are endowed with the power of
life or death over their children while their love interest usually guides them to protect and guide their children from others
who may wish their children harm. Sometimes assaults come disguised.
The Bible directs parents to raise their children and warns to beware those
dressed as sheep. Social scientists warned decades ago of the threat of the deterioration of the American family to our very
future existence, yet those without a love interest in our children and our families have done more to disrupt its proper
and natural functioning. The claim is propriety and beneficence, but the evidence shows the real purpose to be financial and
other less lofty goals.
A system has been developed under a doctrine, which our declaration of independence
broke from, that the king (or state) has a divine and proper right as parent over children and families. Starting shortly
after the founding of our nation, various excuses have been used in order to gradually gain more control over the family and
its children by various industries.
Under a guise of protection and child health, education and welfare a huge
covert child slavery network has reduced our children to the level of mere chattel to be opportunistically and institutionally
exploited. Chancery law is the basis of the "Family Court" which is the administrative arm of this industry. The term "abuse",
for instance, was historically applied to offenses against property but is now routinely applied to children in such a way
as to prove my point. Actions done in the name of helping children often hurts them while those who care are disempowered.
Rather than blindly accept the often-false claims of those well established
and respected that divide and destroy for profit, we who love them must
